A study exploring toxic leadership and organisational commitment in a telecommunications firm in Dubai; and how resilient teams differ.

The introduction chapter should set the scene for the whole dissertation. It should include a brief introduction to literature on the topic, the rationale for the project / problem definition, aim and objectives, and background to the organization. The introduction should also include an outline of the structure of the dissertation.

Rationale: I want to explore this because of complaints received from colleagues and a request from employees and HR management to research and find out what are the root causes of leadership toxicity manifestation. (But of course written in a more professional manner.) in general, leadership toxicity is a universal issue that is faced by many people and understanding it to educate ourselves on how to prevent it as followers and leaders alike.
