Analyze how each approached the study of zombi\’s in Haiti.

Using Seabrook (Dead Men Working in the Cane Fields), Hurston (Tell My Horse, Chapter 13 Zombies) and Davis (The Serpent and the Rainbow) analyze how each approached the study of zombi\’s in Haiti. How does this compare with the article written by Ackermann and Gauthier(The Ways and Nature of the Zombi)? What are the similarities and differences? How did they view and discuss the Haitian people? What role do they feel the zombi plays in that society? Did they even talk about that? In your opinion do you they they each believe that the Haitian zombi is real or unreal? Do you think they fairly represented the Haitian people, voodoo and the role of the Haitian zombi? Make sure you back up your statements with quotes and citations from the texts. I have included the readings for each except for The Serpent and the Rainbow.
