These are some of the tips for writing the course work on program development and evaluation.
The first page contain the following :

The aim would be assessing e.g.the prevalence of ALCOHOL use among use…and forming guidelines to reduce it
In objectives we can have sub topics like first finding the prevalence in a specific age group
Second would be to know the socio demographic profile of alcohol users
Third would be to find any correlation. Between such factors and drug use
Like age education family support, sex of patient, education level
Family income level
All these usually have impact

Then you would have to prepare a time bound chart…like how would you enlist the targeted population
How much time for data collection
Time taken to give training to counsellor
Etc etc
and at last you have to write points how would you know the impact of your programme…in this case to know the percentage of patients who attended your programme
Percentage who actually enrolled for rehab
Number who relapsed or successfully quit drug use
And number who later on became counsellor for others
So on
This is the broad thing by which we can go on writing this
Inclusion of tables are very important.
I am also uploading some of the images which contain information on previous work done by another student
