Topic/Description: Devise a situation in which you, as a representative of your fictional organization, must persuade your audience to act. Then compose that message or a persuasive blog post based on the criteria established for persuasive writing in our readings, including uses of the classical appeals as appropriate, while also integrating two visuals into your communication. These may be charts, graphs you create or appropriate images either created or borrowed (online). Visuals should be integrated within your message rather than appended to the end. This assignment, worth 20% of your final grade, is due at the end of Week 10.
Purpose: To create a persuasive message that also includes a visual component.
Audience: A specific reader or readers as you have determined.
Length: A page or more, single spaced, depending on the type of persuasive message (e.g., memo or sales letter, blog post).
Criteria for evaluation/grading:
Content: Fulfills the requirements of formatting, structure, and content for a persuasive message or persuasive blog entry, including use of classical appeals, as detailed in the textbook and lecture. Charts, graphs or other images are designed appropriately using the criteria for effective visuals. Writing is free of typos and grammatical errors.
Due to the use of two visuals, please write in single spaced and need to write 300 words.
