7001 good as far as it goes. A more specific and detailed Leadership development plan is needed to embrace the conceptual concepts you mention. The leadership development plan should be focused on your personal goals and tying these down to the organisational goals. Similarly the section on staff welfare has good theoretical content, but you need to discuss the initiatives in your organisation and how effective these have been in fulfilling the requirements of a staff welfare programme that you discuss from a theoretical perspective.
7006 a good start, but it would be useful to look at the quantified goals of the strategy and how the company has performed against the goals in the past and what the factors that are likely to effect the delivery of these goals. Taking the balanced scorecard approach I suggest you take the four perspectives, quantify the strategy in terms of these 4 perspectives and discuss how previous performance in these areas has impacted on the goals etc.
7011 you need to show the practical application of the resource based view and show the outputs from the process in terms of a strategic document.
Overall, the theoretical base of content is good and appropriate, but there needs to be more specific detail with regard to the application of these concepts
