Managing Decision Making
Task:
Students will research literature relating to one of the topics listed on the course webpage and provide a literature review for the topic. Each member of the group must choose a separate topic so that each topic is covered by the members of the group.
Students will then peer mark three anonymous submissions by other students. You will be marking papers submitted for the other topics – not the one that you completed. This gives all students and understanding of the material required for the group report in assignment 3 which is based around the topics covered in this assignment.
Topics are as follows:
Collaborative Decision Making
Spreadsheet Development
End User Computing/Development
Decision Support Systems
Format
1000 words (+/- 10%) not including tables, figures, reference list or appendices.
Submission must follow template available on course webpage – note that submission will only be available for files with .doc or .docx extensions.
A minimum of 5 references must be used, at least 3 of these must come from academic journals.
Reference list and in-text references must comply with Harvard (UniSA) referencing style (https://resource.unisa.edu.au/course/view.php?id=1572&topic=4).
You must NOT include any identifying details on your submission as it will be anonymously reviewed.
Do not include a table of contents for this piece of assessment.
