Offer FOUR footnote examples, created from your own resources and research. (In other words, you are NOT to copy from the examples in the SOR Manual of Style). They are to follow the pattern requested below:
a. Footnote 1: a book with one author (also, be sure to include/make up a page number)
b. Footnote 2: a chapter in a book (include/make up a page number)
c. Footnote 3: a journal article in a print journal (remember page numbers)
d. Footnote 4: an electronic book (eBook)
