Look at the demographics of the school and community. Determine how these directly or indirectly affect your school and its fundraising abilities. Analyze the economic impact fundraising has, not only on the community as a whole, but on families in your school. Are students participating in multiple sports that each requires a fee or fundraising? Evaluate each of these circumstances and determine if this has a positive or negative affect on fundraising within your school. Keep in mind that you may be in a situation where outside the box fundraising ideas are the only way to be successful. This is what fundraisers need to have as a mindset.
