Im writing a short paper analyzing the Arizona Law HB2281. HB2281 banned ethnic studies, in particular, Mexican American studies in schools across Arizona. I need help writing an essay that covers the two sections below: Policies, public law, or administration rule and Implementation. No introduction or conclusion needed. Just these two sections listed below
Section 1 Policies, public law, or administration rule: Did HB2281 create other policies when it was enacted? If no other policies were created just state why not. Objectives of HB2281? Please cover the hidden agenda behind HB2281, who supports it and who opposes it, who has spoken out in favor or against the policy, and finally discuss ethnicity, gender, class, age, ability, sexual orientation, or any other personal attribute that seem significant in this policy. Please cover all the points I discussed above in this paragraph.
Section 2 implementation: What social programs have been implemented? Im not sure if HB2281 created any social programs (please verify) but they pushed for an audit called Cambium to discredit the ethnic studies program in Tucson. Since, the actual law did result in any social programs you can discuss the programs that were created by the community in response to the ban. I do know that the ban caused the community to start book smuggling campaigns called Librotraficantes, and they started offering ethnic studies classes at Prescott college for the Tucson students. The strength weakness of the Prescott college class and the book smuggling campaign. Who is primarily served by these programs? Who has oversight over the programs? Is there disproportionate involvement of any one group based on race, ethnicity, gender, class, age, ability, sexual orientation, or any other personal attribute?
Also HB2281 ban influenced California to create ethnic studies program that is mandatory for all students to take and pass. Please cover all the points I discussed in this paragraph. Below I listed section 1 & 2 with all the subquestions (please answer all the subquestion if possible).
Please label the sections as 1 & 2. Also below are some helpful links. Cite APA style. Please, make sure paper is plagiarism free.
