Methods and Design

I need to begin designing my design on my study. For my action research study I will be applying these student centered classroom strategies in my class (Humanistic, culturally responsive and democratic). First, I will give a students a pre-survey to see their perception of classroom environment prior to applying the student centered strategies. I will apply the strategies I will give the same survey to the students to see if there were any differences.

My design and methods needs to be connected to my literature research. I would like you to help me a design and methods that is supported by the literature we have been looking at. This first part will be a rough draft and the professor will be giving me specifics and what else is needed on this section. I will also need help designing a survey with questions that will give me the most information on my research question.
I was thinking of also conducting a few student interviews so I will also need to come up with questions for that. And I was also thinking of keeping a journal/field notes of my own observations. I payed for 4 pages however feel free to request as many as you need
Here are the professors guidelines:

Section III: Design and Methods
Candidate clearly describes and explains how the research project/study was designed. Candidate clearly describes the process for conducting the research including: 1) the intervention/action, specify participants, site, time frame, curriculum, other product, etc.; 2) the process of data collection and analysis, specify what and how research instruments are developed, specify particular survey, observation protocols, field notes, observation notes, video/audio recordings, checklists, rubrics or rating charts, etc. are developed and used for the project/study; 3)Technical terms and words from action research methodology are clearly defined and explained.

Expectations
Candidates clearly state the research instrument(s) that was/were piloted, the reason(s) to select the instrument(s), the procedure, participants, and results of the pilot study. Include the piloted research instrument(s) as appendix

Writing Convention and APA Adherence
Writing adheres to standard writing conventions and appearance is professional. Contains few or no spelling and grammatical errors. Writing is essentially error-free in terms of mechanics. APA style of referencing and tier-system is followed
