#Write a half page summary of your groups results for the samples using pg 26 and 27 (which are the two page above) as a guide and including the results for the internal control. Include the plot you have generated with correct labelling and a title for the figure/s. Discuss your conclusions of the experiment based on your interpretation of these results. Ensure you include a discussion on the internal control results.also discuss Why do both AOAC and AFNOR validated methods require a dilution of the extracted DNA to be used for the real-time PCR assay?and why we the dilutions used in the AOAC or AFNOR method are difffernent (1:10, 1:50)?
