performance appraisal system

This is a report of performance management.
1. A literature( theory) based analysis and critique of performance appraisal system.
2.Must be a real organization that you can access information for.
3.Can be large or small, but must not be too broad.
4. Might need to focus towards a business function, group or occupation type.
5. Main focus is literature review, but need to briefly describe the performance appraisal system.
6. literature should be relevant to the system you are critically evaluating.
