The module name is teaching and learning in medical workplace part of a PGCE module. The learning outcomes are :
1)Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the principles underpinning the structuring of learning and supervision in the medical workplace.
2)Articulate and justify your Personal Philosophy of Teaching, and identify potential future needs and opportunities for engagement with continuing professional development.
The expectation is to reflect critically on my specified personal approach to teaching with reference to scholarly literature and make explicit my reasons for taking a student focused approach.
