Political speech (max 7 min: 700 -800 words): students will organise in couples, taking an opposing position on a topic of their choice. Exceptionally, a speech can be self-standing. Before delivering the speech, clarify: (a) What is the context; (b) for what audience is it intended; (c)who are you : who is giving the speech?
The mark will take into account separately content and delivery (as a composite mark of the two).
The speach must include:
The position of the Wallon gouvernement
The argument why the are not accepte this agreement
The Speach need to use political retoric theories, , framing….etc.
