Q1: How would you tell if your intervention was successful?
Q2: What evidence would you need?
To determine if our school workshop was successful, we would hand out survey sheets after the workshop to be filled out and given to teachers. From there the teachers would send the surveys back to us, the feedback would help us determine what was successful and what needs improving. The best evidence for us is statistical evidence as it is easy to collect and by being an anonymous and random, it is less bias. It is also quicker to collect and quicker to analyze meaning we can continue running the workshop while using the evidence to help us make our program even better.
