This is a paper to discuss the SERVQUAL model. There are 3 sections to this paper:
1- SERVQUAL: what is it, how it was formulated and what it is supposed to achieve.
2-The pros of the SERVQUAL model
3- The cons of the SERVQUAL model (This section will need more explanation from the other 2 as it requires critical thinking and a critique to the model based on the articles provided)
