TOPIC: SOUL FOOD
Project: In order to increase your understanding of international cuisine, and to increase your interest in and appreciation from around the world, you are required to submit a written paper. You will (1) choose a topic on an international cuisine and submit it to me for approval. Following my approval of the topic by the deadline given in the syllabus, you will then (2) write a paper describing the history, culture and food of the cuisine of choice.
. Papers are generally about 6 or more pages, with another page for references, 12 point font, double spaced, 1\” margins. Please use correct spelling and grammar. This is college.
You can find information in the course textbooks, cook books, nutrition and food magazines, or the web. If you have any problems finding enough information on your topic, please let me know so that I can help direct you to the resources.
