Write a short investigative report on the planning topic chosen in their report proposal. The report should be succinct. Students will identify, introduce and explain the chosen topic; explain clearly how the issue relates to the PPS, Growth Plan, Greenbelt Plan, Toronto Official Plan, Municipal Act, City of Toronto Act, and any other relevant legislation that we have covered; identify the main points of contention; and, offer some preliminary analysis of the potential outcomes and recommend a course of action.
